1. Ultra-low power consumption. The ER26500 energy-type battery has a nominal capacity of 9000mAh. The meter consumes less than 4000mAh over six years of operation, eliminating the need for battery replacement throughout its lifetime.
2. Easy maintenance. Information is displayed on the meter’s display and uploaded to the intelligent water meter centralized management system. Meter faults can be identified without specialized equipment or on-site inspections by after-sales personnel.
3. Complete electromechanical separation. No wires or mechanical connections exist between the base meter and the NB controller.
4. Waterproof and moisture-proof design. Using special potting materials and a specialized potting process, the meter achieves an IP68 protection rating, making it suitable for installation in virtually any environment. The potting material remains stable, crack-proof, and brittle at temperatures between -30°C and 70°C, making it fully suitable for installation in submerged and high-humidity environments.
5. Real-time watchdog monitoring and other multiple monitoring measures ensure self-recovery in the event of a malfunction. Even if the RF chip is disrupted (such as by lightning), the device can restart and resume operation.
6. Automatically uploaded information is large and rich in content, with a default upload interval of 24 hours.
7. The meter can be activated at any time using the magnetic switch on the meter body.
